Faulty or inadequate equipment should you purchase (or have purchased) the Hardware elsewhere. We will be obliged to charge for the repeated attempts at installation and configuration of EdgeCAM or Lantek and any Software and Hardware not supplied by Stillam (Pty) Ltd at an hourly rate of R250.00 excl VAT per, excl travel. |

Any Application Software or Operating System Software defects or exclusions, leading to the malfunction of systems, peripherals and/or hardware components. |
| c. |
Faulty or absence of RS232 / Ethernet or flashcard devices. |
| d. |
Program format information for Post processor customisation. |

Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the exchange rates. |

Payment is strictly C.O.D. and is thus required prior or on day of delivery unless otherwise stated. |

Delivery and installations outside Gauteng area exclude travel and accommodation. |

All costs incurred to recover outstanding amounts will for the customers account. |

All our software is subject to Pathtrace PLC and Lantek's Software licence agreements. |

Interest on accounts in arrears for more than 30 days will be charged at the ruling prime interest rate plus 10% calculated on a daily basis for amounts overdue as invoiced. |

Additional modules can be added at any time provided the system maintenance is current. |

To re-instate contracts that have lapsed for more than three months will charged pro rata for the lapsed months. |

Re-activation of modules that have been removed from a dongle will be charged at full retail value. |

Accounts that are more than 90 days will be handed over for collection and will be listed with Union ITC. All costs incurred for collection will be for the customers account.
